

At Moopsys, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or unwanted items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@moopsys.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered for items that are confirmed as faulty or damaged on arrival.

We cannot accept returns of socks or hair accessories for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
